The waters of time keep
flowing
Through the valleys of you
In a perpetual motion
Houston what's our latitude
Things keep moving in
circles
But I thought the world was flat
Ingenuity on my side
But I still don't have a clue
Emotional Displacement
For the things in my minds eye
Delicate negotiations
And the feeling things aren't right
Life began at an instance
And it ceased at the same time
Throwing fits of emotion
But mommy wont give in
I keep thinking aloud to
myself
But I never answer me
Why do I have to shout
Dammit I can hear
Emotional Displacement
For the one who changed my mind
Extenuating circumstances
And the need to run and hide
As the going gets tough
Under the rock is nice this time of year
Humpty dumpty fell off the wall
And little red riding hood cried
The slipper fit the bad sis
And Mother Hubbard stashed the goods
The beauty left the beast
For Cinderella who she met at the ball
Emotional Displacement
For the ones who just aren't right
Unusual behavior
Do we have to say goodbye
